Halloween is my Second favorite holiday, right after Christmas. I like all the Fall Holidays but Halloween is one I decorate for. Spiders, Bats, Witches and anything spooky.

Apple Butter
From Mom's Recipes box.
Apple Butter
20 pounds Apples, peeled and diced.
2 quarts Sweet Cider.
4 cups Sugar.
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon (or 3 large Cinnamon Sticks)
