1 cup raw pumpkin seeds (rinsed and dried)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Pumpkin Seeds:

After scooping the seeds from the pumpkin, rinse them well to remove any pumpkin flesh. Dry them thoroughly with a clean towel.
Season the Seeds:

In a small bowl, toss the pumpkin seeds with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Make sure the seeds are evenly coated with the seasoning.
Preheat the Air Fryer:

Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3 minutes.
Air Fry the Seeds:

Spread the seasoned pumpkin seeds in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking. The seeds should be golden and crispy.
Cool and Enjoy:

Once the seeds are done, let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy them as a crunchy, flavorful snack!
Feel free to experiment with different seasonings like cinnamon and sugar for a sweet version, or chili powder for a spicy twist!
